**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development**:

- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and existing customers to drive sales.
- Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports for management.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and advertisements.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business objectives and brand image.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Maintain a comprehensive database of leads, prospects, and customers.
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Gather customer insights and feedback to enhance product offerings.
- Recommend new market opportunities or product ideas to the management team.
- **Brand Awareness & Promotion**:

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and other businesses for co-marketing initiatives.
- **Reporting & Administrative Tasks**:

- Track and report on key performance metrics for sales and marketing activities.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports, presentations, and analysis for management.
- Manage and update sales and marketing databases, tracking systems, and customer contact lists.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
