**Job Description: Marketing Executive**

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Institutional Tie-Ups**:

- Build and nurture relationships with schools, colleges, and corporates for academic collaborations and partnerships.
- Promote educational programs and services to institutional stakeholders through presentations, meetings, and networking events.

2. Franchise Business Development:

- Identify and onboard potential franchise partners to expand the footprint of URBX Group's educational verticals.
- Provide end-to-end support for franchise acquisition, from initial contact to agreement finalization.
- Ensure consistent alignment of franchise operations with organizational standards.

**3.** **Lead Generation**:

- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads for admissions and collaborations.
- Utilize digital marketing, offline campaigns, and networking events to identify prospective students and partners.
- Track, analyze, and optimize lead generation efforts to meet enrollment targets.

**4.** **Brand Promotion**:

- Actively participate in industry events, expos, and fairs to represent the URBX Group.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with branding objectives.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- MBA/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for institutional visits and franchise meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
