**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales & Customer Service: Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Store Management: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our product range, including features, benefits, and the craftsmanship behind our leather footwear.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, place orders for replenishment, and manage inventory to avoid overstock or shortages.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive and organized product displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the store.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately, handle returns and exchanges, and manage the store’s cash register efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the store team to create a positive and supportive work environment.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to improve products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to manage store operations efficiently, including inventory management and cash handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for footwear and fashion is a plus.
