
Area Sales Executive

**Direct Sales & Order Taking**:
- Independently visit retail shops throughout Uttarakhand to present product samples and secure orders.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.
**Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing retail partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for retailers in the assigned territory.
**Market Exclusivity (One Market, One Shop)**:
- Enforce the company's "one market, one shop" policy to ensure exclusivity and protect retailer investments.
- Proactively address and resolve any conflicts related to market exclusivity.
**Reporting & Communication**:
- Provide timely and accurate reports on brand sales, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Communicate retailer requirements and feedback to the appropriate internal teams.
**Inventory & Payment Tracking**:
- Monitor inventory levels at retail locations and ensure timely replenishment.
- Track payments from retailers and follow up on any outstanding balances.
**New Business Development**:
- Identify and prospect new retail opportunities within the assigned territory, with a focus on military stations and related establishments.
- Pitch the brand to potential new customers and expand the company's market footprint.
**Feedback Collection**:
- Gather feedback from retailers and customers regarding product performance, pricing, and marketing initiatives.
- Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform sales strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Uttarakhand region.
- Strong understanding of the local market and retail landscape.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented.
- Trustworthy and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Uttarakhand.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
