**Operations Associate (eCommerce) - Jaipur | Female Preferred | Strong English Skills Required**

**ABMOD Inc.** is a leading overseas reseller specializing in **premium motorcycle parts and accessories**, including **helmets, racing suits, exhaust systems, and more**. We source products from the most prestigious brands and cater to markets in the **USA, Europe, and Asia**.

We are seeking a **detail-oriented Operations Associate** to manage **end-to-end eCommerce operations** and ensure seamless backend processes, including **order management, logistics, inventory planning, and finance co-ordination**.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Order & Logistics Management**: Oversee **order processing, shipment tracking, and logistics management**.
**Issue Resolution**: Monitor and troubleshoot any **order flow disruptions** to ensure smooth operations.
**Performance Tracking**: Prepare reports on **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)**.
**Record Maintenance**: Maintain accurate **records of returns, shipments, and inventory**.
**Tax Support**: Assist in the **preparation, review, and filing of USA tax returns**.
**Operational Assistance**: Play an **active role in optimizing eCommerce operations** and support the management team.
**Delivery Coordination**: Work closely with **logistics partners** to schedule and streamline deliveries.

**Education**: Bachelor's degree in **Commerce, Business Administration, Finance**, or **CA Intermediate**.
**Experience**: 1-2 years in **operations, tax filing, or client management** preferred.
**Communication**: Must have **strong English-speaking and writing skills**.
**Accounting Knowledge**: Understanding of **accountancy and financial terms**.
**Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle **high-pressure situations with patience and efficiency**.
**Time Management**: Strong **organizational and multitasking skills**.
**eCommerce Expertise**: Knowledge of **eCommerce operations, logistics, and process optimization**.

**Job Type**:Full-time**

**Compensation**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on skills & experience).
