_**OB PROFILE FOR EXECUTIVE STORE AND LOGISTIC**_
1- **MATERIAL RECEIVING ACCORDING TO PURCHASE ORDER.** - Check & Validate that.
2- **MATERIAL ISSUE AS PER REQUEST FROM DEPT AS PER FIFO.** - Check as per stocks & last stock issued. Inform to user or cross check where there is discrepancy found.
3- **MATERIAL DESPATCH ALL BRANCH AS PER REQUEST RECD.** - Check as per stocks & last stock issued. Inform to user or cross check where there is discrepancy found.
4- **DETA & STOCK MAINTAIN IN EXCEL SHEET ON DAILY BASIS**. - Update with any irregularity found.
5- **VENDOR FOLLOWUP ON DAILY BASIS ACCORDING PURCHASE ORDER.** - Regarding Open PO as well as urgent requirement from department.
6- **MATERIAL STORAGE PROPER FIX LOCATION & DEPT WISE AS PER FIFO**. - Proper stacking require as per assigned location, for ease of finding material as well as packing.
7- **NGS MATERIAL INWARD MAUAL ENTRY IN REGISTER.** - As per SOP set by Prashant ji.
8- **MAKING GRN** - NGS / Molecular dept / Cyto dept - As per requirement.
9- Back up of logistics in case of leave or urgency.
10- **AUDIT REQUIREMENTS** - Assist team for Audit as & when require, Any issues related to Audit - Person can handle it himself.
11- **REPORTING ON MONTHLY CONSUMPTION** - Checking & Report making on monthly consumption of logistics as well as departmental stocks.
