**Job Title: Purchase Executive**
**Location**:Atlas Transformers India Limited ( Por)**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts to achieve best value.
- Issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure accurate documentation and records.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
- Develop and maintain supplier databases, contracts, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments (such as production, finance, and logistics) to understand procurement needs and align purchases accordingly.
- Resolve vendor grievances and claims against suppliers.
- Conduct periodic market research to identify new suppliers and better purchasing opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role (manufacturing or trading industry preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, as well as understanding of market dynamics.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
