**Role Description**:
***Gift Card Activities: Assist in processing, tracking, and reconciling gift card transactions. Ensure accurate reporting and resolve any discrepancies.**
**Month-End Close: Support the month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparing reports for management review.**
**Payroll Accounting: Back up the payroll process by accounting and reconciling various Payroll accounts. Backup Support: Provide backup support for other finance-related tasks as needed, ensuring the continued flow of**
**operations during peak times or when key team members are unavailable.**:
**Key Qualifications**:

- ** Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).**:

- ** Proven experience in accounting or finance, with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.**:

- ** Experience with month-end close processes, payroll, and reconciliations.**:

- ** Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.**:

- ** Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.**:

- ** Proficiency in accounting software Fusion/Workday and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.**:

- ** Knowledge of gift card management or similar activities is a plus.**:
