We are looking for Sr. Associate/Coordinator Staffing (RMG) with our client which is one of the world's leading global business consulting firms, serving clients across six continents with offices in all major global cities.

Work timings shall be general shift timings and 5 days working with Sat& Sun Offs and there shall be hybrid model of working.

**Qualification & Skills Required**
**Qualifications**:
1. 1..MBA degree with high academic achievement or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required.
2. 2-4 years experience in a business environment preferred
3. Ability to work productively both independently and as an integral member of various teams.
4. Strong analytic capabilities
5. Demonstrated ability to use data to generate insights
6. Ability to synthesize analysis, recommend actions and prioritize next steps
7. Comprehensive knowledge of Excel required (for example Pivot Tables); working knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx highly desirable
8. Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills
9. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
10. Strong written and oral communication skills
11. Solid organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
12. Strong process skills of follow up and follow through
13. Superior judgment when dealing with highly confidential information
14. Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with the highest levels of professionalism
**Position Summary**:Act as a key member of the India staffing team, working closely with the Staffing, HR and Finance Leadership, the incumbent will be primarily responsible for the following frontending staffing operations roles - Client Development Staffing, Summer Associate Staffing, Staffing Pipeline Tracking and Communication, Vacation Approvals for the Consulting staff, as well as Liaison across Global Training and Staffing/Case Leadership. In addition to these, continue to be responsible for maintaining up-to-date staffing reporting for India, and enable the staffing decision making, financial reporting, as well as professional development, as well as own the satisfaction measurement processes and tools that help us keep a tab on pulse of the people, and continue to be the best employers to work for in the consulting space.
**Responsibilities & Duties**: **STAFFING OPERATIONS AND REPORTING 30%** This role involves supporting the staffing operations by owing the reporting, analysis and maintenance of staffing information from suite of proprietary Human Capital Systems for the India offices and closely support the business operations, financial tracking, as well as professional development.
Execute zero-defect analysis of Human Capital data and develop presentations to communicate findings on Human Capital metrics, trends and variances
Staffing Capacity Reporting and Visibility 2
Manage the local Staffing Systems (HCS) and accurately publishing the weekly Resource Snapshot reports to enable reporting for the RMD calls
Provide a fortnightly dashboard to the local Partner team giving them visibility into our resource deployment and investment commitments
Produce the Quarterly Staffing and Investment Report and engage with the OH and Staffing VP bringing their attention to opportunities for improving utilization and PD experience for the office and by class/location o Provide the HR/PD team with dashboards and inputs on generating case end reviews, upward feedback, promotions diligence on a weekly and bi-annual basis
Supporting the Performance and Career Development processes for the Consulting staff - by providing the Professional Development team with reports that allow them to generate reviews, upward feedback and run the promotion diligence process
Respond to ad hoc staffing information requests (as required)
