- **Document Preparation**: Preparing various documents like bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, and shipping instructions.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring all documentation complies with relevant domestic and international regulations.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of all shipping documents and transactions.
- **Communication**: Communicating with internal departments, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- **Tracking**: Tracking shipment status and updating relevant stakeholders.

Document Management & Control:

- **Document Creation and Revision**: Creating, updating, and managing various documents.
- **Accuracy and Completeness**: Ensuring documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- **Compliance with Procedures**: Ensuring adherence to company document control procedures and policies.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining records of all documents in an organized manner.
- **Training**: Potentially assisting with training employees on efficient documentation usage.

Other Responsibilities:

- **Liaison with Banks**: Liaising with banks for negotiating documents and payments.
- **Problem Solving**: Resolving issues related to shipping documentation in a timely manner.
- **Coordinating with Departments**: Maintaining coordination between related departments.
- **Communication with Clients**: Communicating with clients regarding shipment status and tracking information.

**Qualification-**

Graduation

Experience-Fresher or exp any can apply

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
