**Responsibilities**:

- Filing of Imports (Bill of Entry), Exports (Shipping Bill), Domestic Sale (DTA Sale),
- Domestic Purchase (DTA Procurement). Invoicing of daily dispatch. Receives Imports docs from store and take clearance permission from SO (customs officer) and follow up re warehousing process.
- Verification of day to day Verification Supplier Invoices received from Stores and the same filing in SEZ online portal ( DTA Procurement).
- Making of daily E-way bills for daily dispatch of vehicles. Reconciliation of all entries with gate and stores on daily basis.
- Handle complete SEZ process Liaising with SEZ Authorities, Customs, SEZ Online, Planning Authority and other state/central authorities etc.
- Handling official communication with SEZ & other related bodies.
- Managing administrative requirements of SEZ officials.
