**Job Role**:Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

**Experience**:0 - 6 Months

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Professionally close all leads by telecalling, generating walk-ins, arranging site visits, understanding the finances of the client, and helping them in post-sales processes as well.
- Reporting on sales activities to senior management.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali with the ability to interact and influence potential customers over the phone.
- To be well aware of Kolkata and 24 Parganas real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative and supportive attitude.
- Experience of Credit Card Sell or Loan will be preferable.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation (preferred)

**Language**:

- English
- Hindi
- Bengali

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
