**THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION BASED IN BANGALORE, INDIA AND REPORTS DIRECTLY TO THE SENIOR DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL PRODUCTS**

**THE ROLE**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketer to join our Product team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies to promote our student and refinancing loan products to target customers. We will work closely with our growth-teams, including Digital Marketing, Partnerships, University Relations, and Customer Relations to grow our global reach and deepen our relationship with international students. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Developing product marketing strategies and plans that drive customer acquisition and retention for our student lending products, working cross-functionally with growth-related teams.
- Conducting and coordinating ongoing market and competitive research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and campaigns.
- Building tools for customers and partners, such as calculators or interactive pieces of content, to enable customer acquisition and conversion.
- Creating and managing go-to-market plans for new products and features, working closely with sales, customer relations, and related cross-functional teams
- Monitoring and analyze performance metrics to optimize product marketing tools, campaigns, and product positioning

**THE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Design, Business, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 5 years of product marketing, or related experience, in ecommerce or financial services
- Proven ability to develop and executive go-to-market plans for new products and features.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product marketing decisions
- Expert level tech fluency, including proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, and JIRA

A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple time zones and locations

In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload, tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
