**Job Title**:Product Marketer
**Company**:StrategyCo.Global
**Location**: Bangalore, Karnataka - Whitefield (In-office job)
**Responsibilities**:
**1.Strategy Development**: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to develop comprehensive growth strategies aligned with the company's objectives. This includes identifying target audiences, setting marketing goals, and devising plans to acquire and retain customers.
**4.Data Analysis**: Analyzing marketing data and metrics to gain insights into customer behavior, campaign performance, and overall marketing effectiveness. This involves tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting A/B tests, and using analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing campaigns.
**5.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Analyzing customer journeys and marketing funnels to identify areas for improvement and increase conversion rates. This may involve conducting usability tests, optimizing landing pages, implementing A/B tests, and using behavioral analysis to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
**6.Digital Advertising**: Managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, display ads, and remarketing. This involves keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and ongoing optimization to maximize ROI and drive targeted traffic.
**7.Social Media Management**: Planning and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This includes content planning, community management, social listening, and monitoring social media trends and insights.
**9.Performance Tracking and Reporting**: Monitoring and reporting on marketing campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI. This includes generating regular reports, analyzing data, and providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
**10.Staying Updated with Industry Trends**: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in growth marketing. This involves attending industry events, participating in webinars, reading industry publications, and continuously learning and experimenting with new strategies.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or MBA degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product marketing, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- A strong understanding of product marketing principles, market research, and customer segmentation.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
