Help more learners discover us, sign up with confidence, and stay engaged. You'll run simple, fast experiments across ads, website, and CRM—working closely with Marketing, Product, and Admissions.

What you'll do

  • Run and refine paid campaigns (Meta/Google/YouTube) and basic partnerships/influencers.
  • Improve landing pages and sign-up flows (copy, CTAs, forms, pricing nudges).
  • Set up helpful dashboards for leads, CAC, conversions, and refunds.
  • Build lead-nurture journeys (email/WhatsApp/push) for show-ups and enrolments.
  • Partner with Admissions on speed-to-lead and call scripts; share learnings weekly.
  • Support simple growth loops: webinars, workshops, referral nudges.
  • Try 1–2 experiments each week; keep a "what worked/what didn't" log.

What success looks like

  • More demo bookings and show-ups
  • Better lead → enrolment conversion at a lower blended CAC
  • Higher first-class attendance and fewer refunds
  • A small set of repeatable channels (paid + organic + referrals)

What you'll bring

  • 1–2 years in growth/performance/CRM at a consumer internet/edtech company.
  • Comfortable with data (Sheets/Excel; basic GA4 or Mixpanel).
  • Hands-on with any CRM/automation tool (WebEngage/MoEngage/Braze/HubSpot).
  • Clear writing for ads and messages; bias to action and ethical growth.

SEO/ASO basics, simple A/B testing tools, comfort briefing designers/creatives.
