We have contracted a company base in Hyderabad, India, Harmony United Medsolutions, PVT. LTD. to provide assistance in the different aspect of operations of our company in the USA.

Job Title: MIS Executive

Job Location: Tolichowki, Hyderabad

**Job Type**: Full time

Experience: Experienced (3 + years)

Roles And Responsibilities:
1.Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).

2.Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.

3.Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.

4.Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.

5.Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.

6.We are searching for an innovative, well-organized MIS executive to join our growing company.

7.MIS executives are able to find efficient, cost-effective solutions to problems, and also communicate
effectively with Staff and Management.

8.Knowledge of advanced MS-Excel, Good in analyzing the data & Presentation.

10.Coordination with the team for timely submission of reports, track progress

11. Preparation and analysis of daily, weekly, monthly reports of different functions

and summarizing the same.

13. Must be able to Generate/Update Reports, Create dashboards, Pivot tables
Monthly/ Quarterly reconciliations and data cleansing to ensure integrity of reported numbers.

14. Looking for someone who has good Excel knowledge, technical knowledge, great documentation and coordination skills.

Should have good Excel knowledge ,Experienced (3 + years)

Should have excellent communication in English. (Both written and verbal)
Should be able to work in night shifts.

**Education**:
Should be a Graduate. (Bachelors in B.Tech with any Stream is preferable)
- No Cab Facility Available.
- Fixed Night Shift 5:30 pm to 4:30 am
- Working Days: 4 days (Monday thru Thursday)
- Week Off: 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
