Roles and responsibility

2) Filing, order supplies, maintenance general support for lettings and sales department and reporting and performance statistics

3) Tenacy and letting agreements, sales invoices, viewing planning etc. compile documents for few instructions.

4) Arrangement pre-tenancy works

5) Pre-tenancy contracts

6) Answering phones and setting up viewings.

7) Manage tenancies

8) Coordinate ingoing and outgoing post

9) Handle basic computer queries during busy period.

REQUIRMENT
- 1) Excellent communication skills, fluent written and spoken English

2) Proficient in ms office 365, office outlook, excel, ms word,excel and sharepoint etc.

3) Full training will be provided when required.

DESIRED
- 1) An understanding of London property market would be beneficial

2) Prior experience within an administration role within the property industry.
