We are a growing organization looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and support management in administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and scheduling meetings/appointments.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist HR and management with administrative support tasks.
  • Prepare reports, maintain databases, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year experience of Office Admin.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tally).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Language - English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
