**We are looking for an Accounting and Admin Associate to join our Finance and Admin department. Please check the following details related to this position**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- **Compiling and reviewing financial information.**
- **Working on payroll processing and employees’ salaries related tasks and maintaining records.**
- **You will also be required to perform general office administrative tasks that include office stock and inventory management.**
- **Maintaining the record of company assets, office supplies and equipment.**
- **Keeping records of companies’ day-to-day expenses and maintaining petty cash.**
- **Preparing daily based financial forms, documents, and reports.**
- **Assisting the higher management in defining budgets and management of financial expenses.**
- **Assisting with tax filings, accounts receivable, accounts payable, preparing financial paperwork, etc.**

Job Requirements:
- Must have a bachelor’s or higher degree in finance and accounting and related fields from a recognized university.
- Must have a knowledge of QuickBooks and Tally Accounting software programs.
- Should have proficiency in Google Docs, Spreadsheet and Microsoft Excel.
- Have a firm grasp of accounting principles and practices, have an aptitude for numbers,
- You would be well organized, must have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain good associations with our Company CA and CS team.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure when needed.
- Understanding the business process and accounting of an IT company will be an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
