Verification of indent from the plant in co-ordination with plant.

Responsible for Preparing Purchase order for Raw Material and Machinery as per indent.

Responsible for taking quotation from Vendor.

Maintaining the Filing of Purchase Order.

Follow up for getting the status of the ordered material

Follow up and co-ordination with Stores Department at plant for Indent details.

Responsible for timely ordering the materials as required by the stores department.

Maintaining of records in the ERP system regularly.

Co-ordination with QC Lab and project dept. for fulfilling their requirements.

Ensuring proper specification, delivery time, location and other terms and conditions of purchase order.

Ensure that rejected material should be returned to vendor within two week.

Maintenance and preparation of all records, formats pertaining to procurement.

Developing alternative vendors for different products.

Developing good relationship with vendors

Kaizen and Cost saving

Good communication skill

Have good knowledge and skills in ERP

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
