**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source, negotiate, and purchase electrical and mechanical spare parts from reliable vendors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure timely procurement of required materials while adhering to budget constraints.
- Coordinate with the inventory and production teams for demand planning and stock management.
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and reports.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all procurement activities.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in electrical or mechanical spare parts.
- Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
