Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service:
Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide expert advice on golf equipment selection, features, and benefits to enhance the customer’s golfing experience.
Demonstrate golf equipment, including clubs, bags, and accessories, based on customer needs and preferences.
Assist customers in the fitting and customization of clubs and gear.
Meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the latest golf equipment technology, trends, and market offerings.
Educate customers on new arrivals, popular products, and golf equipment care and maintenance.
Understand and explain product warranties, exchange policies, and repair services.
Inventory and Merchandising:
Maintain organized and visually appealing displays of golf equipment and accessories.
Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, product labeling, and regular counts.
Keep up with product arrivals and coordinate displays with new stock.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with customers by following up on their needs and purchases.
Collect feedback to improve customer experience and increase loyalty.
Participate in events, demos, and community outreach to promote the store’s golf equipment offerings.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, especially in sports or golf equipment sales, is preferred.
Golf Knowledge: A deep understanding of golf, including equipment, brands, and club fitting, is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey product features and benefits effectively.
Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping golfers find the right products.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and handle golf equipment and stand for extended periods during shifts.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in golf fitting or club repair (if applicable).
Familiarity with popular golf brands and emerging golf technologies.
Basic understanding of POS systems and inventory management software.
Pay: ₹8,335.34 - ₹35,749.67 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
