**Sales Strategy and Planning**: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share in your area.

**Team Management**: Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales officers to maximize their performance and ensure they meet their individual sales targets.**Dealer Network Development**: Identify, appoint, and nurture relationships with dealers to expand market reach and ensure optimal product availability. **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends, using this information to inform sales strategies.
