**Job Description**:

- To coordinate import export activities.
- To planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer
services.
- To directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.
- To keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and
efficiency.
- To negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers.
- To recommend optimal transport modes, routes or frequency.
- To resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
- To resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- To prepare and maintain documentation in accordance to ISO 13485: 2016 Standard.
- To prepare SOP’s, Formats and other QMS related documents.
- To comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
- To select carriers/suppliers and monitor service against performance criteria.
- To support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost
optimization opportunities.
- To set departmental objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of
direct reports.
- To undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Should have knowledge about international import and export, custom regulations,
documentation requirements, and international trade laws.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)/ knowledge of any software like SAP,
ERP.
- Knowledge to Co - ordinate with PPC, production and Quality Dept. for material and
dispatch.
- On Time Dispatch DO Wise/ PO Wise.
- Preparation of Challans.
- Making DO Sheet & Dispatch of material as per DO Schedule.
- Prepare pre Intimation and post intimation.
- Responsibility of license creation and ARE - 3 & ARE - 1 and maintain dispatch
planning on regular basis.
- Prepare sales order and create invoices.
- FG stock physically check on daily basis.
- Maintain the material Stock on FIFO and LIFO basis.
- Documentation (invoice & challans) file after checking on daily basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
