1- Ageing should clear before ETA.

2- Open COD should close on next day.

3- Camera health check-up and close those if found anything unhealthy.

5- Keep follow up with ground team for remarks before ETA for losses.

6- TID level recovery details to be shared with Associate and Station team

8- ID should create for All station POC/DA to avoid any login id non-compliance.

9- TT should be raise for any like (tech issue, return label not print, MPOS issue, damage/empty packet and others) by the POC and keep follow till the closer to avoid any loss of the station.

10- Mail escalation should be close within the SLA.

11- Ensure all process should be follow by station team for avoiding any loss of AWAD.

12- Close all the SLP escalation mails from Amazon within the prescribed time line.

14. Surprise Cash audit need to be done on week on week.

16- Do the virtual audit of station. These are the points should be cover-up.
