**1.** **Order Booking, Billing**
Updating customer wise purchase orders in sap
Checking availability of material as per the sales invoice
Creating out bound delivery & Transfer Order
Generating invoice for material dispatch

**2.** **Monitor (Execution & Dispatches) and E-way Bill creation On Time**
Monitoring dispatch status timely basis to ensure on time delivery at customer end.
Verifying purchase order and sales invoice to avoid order misplacing.
Generate E-way bill as per invoice.

**3.** **Execution and Pending Order Review MIS**
Preparing various types of MIS related to order execution and pending orders i.e. Daily Actual stock MIS, Sales MIS, Order Flow MIS, Possible production & Binning Priority MIS, Material shortage MIS, PO Vs Sale Order Vs Invoice MIS.

**4.** **Execution Against Orders**
Verifying partial pending orders & prepare combine order
Execute order to clear pendency.

**5.** **Customer Support**
Dispatch material as per Customer priority & urgency.
Escalating & highlighting credit limit & payment overdue issue
Follow up with accounts team for updating collection note of specific customer
Coordinate with SCM in case of any material shortage.
