**Position Overview**

This internship is an opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in both **graphic design** and **digital marketing**. Exceptional performers may receive a **Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)** with a package of **₹5 LPA**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Graphic Design**:

- Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote the centre’s programs.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct SEO/SEM activities and manage paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and generate reports to assess the performance of campaigns.
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop original content for digital ads, landing pages, and newsletters.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and enhance user engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in graphic design and digital marketing.

**Key Requirements**
- **Education**: Currently pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing).
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- **Desirable**:

- Previous internship experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with video editing software is a plus.
