As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing patient accounts, ensuring seamless communication between patients and the clinic, and providing outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, managing financial transactions, and supporting the clinic's marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage patient accounts and financial records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits.
- Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, costs, and payment options.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new patients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Prepare and present financial reports to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management or similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of aesthetics and hair transplant procedures is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
