**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
- **Customer Follow-up**: Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet converted.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately record customer information, feedback, and sales interactions in the CRM system.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and sales closed.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a working knowledge of our products/services to answer customer queries effectively.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service, resolve customer issues, and escalate complex queries to the appropriate department.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles preferred.
- **Language Skills**: Proficient in English and Hindi.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel.
- **Personality Traits**: Persuasive, energetic, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
