**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Telecaller to join our team in our Education Division. Your primary role will involve making outbound calls to potential Colleges or University TPOs, Students promoting our products/services, and handling inquiries. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy people interaction, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound & Inbound Calling**: Make calls to potential TPOs, students to introduce products/services, and generate leads.
- **Customer Interaction**: Answer inbound calls, address queries, and resolve issues.
- **Lead Qualification**: Identify prospects and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule follow-up or counselling of students.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular reports.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
