Telecalling Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle front office reception, ensuring smooth communication between clients and our company.
2. Attend inbound calls from existing and potential clients, addressing queries and providing relevant information.
3. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our services/products and securing new sales.
4. Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using the company's CRM system.
5. Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
6. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance lead generation strategies.
**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong convincing ability and a positive attitude towards sales.
4. Experience handling both inbound and outbound sales calls.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software or other sales tracking tools.
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
