**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and optimising all the paid marketing campaigns on performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Quora, Bing.
- Conceptualising, executing, and tracking growth experiments on paid marketing to improve performance.
- Optimising performance marketing creatives and landing pages in close collaboration with the content, design, and tech teams.
- Analysing the paid marketing efforts for performance attribution and measuring full-funnel performance.
- Channels: Search, Display, social media and programmatic for both web and mobile assets across channels/platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook etc.)

Campaign Research and Development:

- Structuring of campaign, ideating channel mix and targeting strategy
- Campaign Management and Optimization
- Complete ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization activities
- Development of appropriate audiences needed for search and display campaign, including programmatic channels.
- Stay informed with SEO and Paid Search industry best practices, trends, technologies, and platform updates.

**Qualifications**:
1. 2 Years experience in digital marketing analytics and marketing automation.

2. Experience in an agency setup would add value to the role Create techniques for revenue recognition to increase business revenue.

3. Knowledge and passion for all things Digital Media; SEM, SEO, Display, Analytics, etc.

4. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Word, and advanced knowledge of Excel

**Salary**: Rs.40,000/- to Rs.45,000/

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
