ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executives should follow the shift timings as per the business requirement. (9 AM to

6 PM / 10 AM to 7 PM /11 AM to 8 PM)
- Executives should be flexible for shift timings, shift extensions & weekend workings.
- Daily, executives should dial a minimum of 250 calls (based on operation requests,

this would be Dialled up to 300 calls per day as per business requirements).
- Adhere to scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices, etc. and

present their benefits
- Decent knowledge in and around Chennai Locations - Routes
- To meet the daily allocation target of 5 per day (Applicable for 1 month as a new

Bee). After the completion of one month, the minimum allocation target would be

10 per day (during launch, the target would change as per business requirements).
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Having exposure to cultural norms and diverse viewpoints
- Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
- Team player
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Excelling in time management.
- Knowledge of computer programs like CRM and telephone systems.
- Fixed Tuesday Week offs
- 4 Week off in a month (Week off preference not accepted)

Job Requirements:

- 1-year Experience in any voice process - Domestic or International
- Good Communication Skills - Mandatory
- Real Estate experience would be an added advantage
- Any Graduates /Non-Graduates
- Exceptional oral skills in regional languages - Tamil/Kannada/Telugu

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
