**Location**: New Perungalathur, Chennai
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 0 - 2+ years in Telemarketing (preferably in interiors or a related industry)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products and services related to interiors and hardware in Tamil and English.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up on potential customers and close sales where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the company database.
- Update customer contact details regularly.
- Gather feedback from customers regarding products and services.
- Report suggestions and complaints to the relevant departments for resolution.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of interior design and hardware products is an advantage.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

**Work Hours**:

- Timings: 9 AM to 7PM [Monday to Saturday]
