**Job description: Telemarketer**

We, Tomson Electronics, are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Telemarketer to join our Sales Department.

**Objective**:
Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to existing customers as well as potential customers. As a Telemarketer, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely and collecting desired information from the clients. You are also required to write down important information provided by the customer and follow up with them on a regular basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis.
- Suggest solutions based on customers’ needs and requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation in any field. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related Engineering discipline.
- Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Very good command of **English (written and oral)**, **Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam languages.**:

- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month,

Day shift (10:00 am to 6:00 pm)

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
