Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in learning the latest courses in software and analytics.

Understand the students' needs and interests, and provide them with detailed information about our course offerings.

Schedule appointments for students to speak with our course counselors or attend our course information sessions.

Document all call outcomes, including student information, interests, and appointments, in our CRM system.

Meet or exceed the assigned call volume and appointment-setting targets.

Collaborate with the course counselors and marketing team to ensure a seamless student experience from initial call to enrollment.

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in software and analytics education to effectively communicate the value of our courses to prospective students.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, and handle rejection and objections with grace and patience.

Follow all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and compliance regulations.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in English.

Skilled in negotiation.

Persistent and results-oriented to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.

Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.

Ability to understand the students' requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.

Familiarity with software and analytics education is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent is required; bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
