**About the Role**:
Zet Realty is seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Telemarketer** to join our sales and marketing team. In this role, you will focus on engaging potential customers through outbound calls, promoting our real estate offerings, and driving lead conversions. Your ability to communicate effectively and persuasively will be key to enhancing customer interest and maximizing sales opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Promote and explain real estate projects, offers, and services to potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to boost sales conversions.
- Maintain and update a database of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Schedule site visits and ensure seamless coordination with the sales team.
- Handle objections, answer queries, and build strong relationships with customers.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Gather customer feedback and assist in refining marketing and sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus).
- Confidence in handling cold calls and engaging with potential customers.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
