Receptionist Admin Executive

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff at the reception.
- Maintain reception area and handle incoming/outgoing courier and mail.
- Manage office stationery, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in booking travel, tickets, and accommodations for management.
- Support Director and senior management in administrative tasks.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and office records.
- Prepare reports and maintain data in MS Excel.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business Administration).
- 1-4 years of experience in reception and administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Well-organized, professional, and detail-oriented.
