Identify potential franchisees through various channels such as referrals, online research, trade shows, and networking events. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

Understand the needs and goals of potential franchisees and match them with suitable franchise opportunities within the portfolio. Conduct one-on-one consultations and presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of The NEW Shop.

Guide potential franchisees through the entire sales process, from initial contact to signing the franchise agreement.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

Supplemental pay types:

Travel requirement:

- No travel

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
