**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential franchise partners through networking, research, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive franchise sales and meet sales targets.
- Provide support and guidance to franchise partners throughout the onboarding process.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the franchise sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns aimed at attracting franchisees.
- Maintain records of all franchise leads, prospects, and communications using CRM software.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in franchise sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of franchise operations and the franchising model.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
