Maintain knowledge of ongoing promotions and offers.

**Product Knowledge**:
Stay updated with product features, specifications, and benefits.

Educate customers on product usage and benefits.

**Store Operations**:
Assist in stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining inventory.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Handle cash transactions and operate the billing system.

**Reporting and Coordination**:
Provide daily sales updates to the Store Manager.

Address customer complaints or escalate them when necessary.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
**Education**: Minimum [12th grade/diploma/graduate degree], or equivalent.

Experience: [0-2] years of retail sales experience (Freshers can apply).

**Skills**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer service orientation.

Sales-driven with a focus on achieving targets.

Basic knowledge of billing software and inventory management.

**Personality**: Friendly, enthusiastic, and presentable.

Work Environment:
Standing and walking for long hours.

Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
