We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the call process division.

As a Sales Executive in the call process, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our production services effectively. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
- Understand customer requirements and tailor production solutions accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the film and production sector.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call process environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
