Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our high-quality jewellery products through phone calls and in-store interactions. Your main goal will be to drive sales, build customer relationships, and provide excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to potential customers through phone calls and in-store interactions
- Demonstrate our products and provide information about features, benefits, and pricing
- Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Keep up-to-date with the latest jewellery trends and product knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the jewellery industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer interactions
- Positive attitude and passion for sales
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
