**Primary Skills**:

- 10 to 15 years Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace migrations (including program management, adoption using change management methods, architecture designs, and new workflows)
- 5+ years leading and managing people in a fast-paced environment
- of consulting or advisory experience with a focus on client
- At least 5 years of experience in consulting for digital workplace services with M365, Google Workspace etcand employee experience strategies

**Secondary Skills**:

- Master's Degree in Business Management and/or bachelor’s degree in technology
- Experience in mobile and workplace infrastructure architecture
- Understanding and experience with end-user computing
- Relevant certifications on M365, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Azure, GCP will be an added advantage.
