**Job Vacancy: Account Executive**
**Location**: Ambala City
**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)

We are looking for a **skilled and dedicated Account Executive** to join our team in Ambala City. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial records, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring smooth daily accounting operations. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Reconcile accounts, handle discrepancies, and follow up on pending payments.
- Manage and track expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines.
- Assist with tax-related processes, including GST filings and other regulatory filings.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in financial forecasting and budgeting.
- Prepare reports for internal stakeholders, including management and department heads.
- Coordinate with auditors for the annual audit process and ensure timely document submission.
- Assist in any ad-hoc finance and accounting-related tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or related field.
- Basic understanding of GST, income tax, and other statutory requirements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
