**Job Description: Junior Business Development Executive (BDE) - Freshers**

**Location**: Dwarka, Delhi

**Job Type**: Full-Time (Night Shift, Work from Office)

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Junior Business Development Executive (BDE)** to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who have excellent communication skills and are eager to start their career in business development. As a Junior BDE, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of the company. This role requires working in a night shift, and the work will be office-based in Dwarka, Delhi.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate new business leads through research, cold calling, and outreach on various platforms.
- **Client Engagement**: Initiate conversations with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and pitch relevant services or products.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the senior BDE team in follow-ups and maintaining relationships with clients.
- **CRM Management**: Record and maintain accurate client information and sales activity in the CRM system.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets through effective outreach and engagement.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to the management on lead generation status, sales progress, and opportunities.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools (or willingness to learn).
- **Shift Timing**: Must be comfortable working night shifts (rotational).
- **Location**: This is an office-based position in Dwarka, Delhi.
