**Job Description: Junior Business Development Executive (Night Shift)**

**Location**: Delhi
**Salary**: Up to 30k per month + Incentives
**Shift Timings**: Night Shift

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients through research and outbound efforts, focusing on expanding the company’s market presence.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by engaging with prospects, pitching services/products, and converting leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to better inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and provide exceptional service.
- Report and track sales activities, KPIs, and performance metrics as required.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management (freshers are welcome).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- **Shift**: Ability to work in night shifts, adhering to the required timings.
