Social Media Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our brand awareness.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our brand awareness
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Create and manage content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Engage with customers and followers on social media platforms
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Develop and manage social media campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Creative and analytical thinker

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,433.34 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
