**Position: Junior Administrative Officer**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle daily office operations and documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Support procurement, billing, and petty cash handling.
- Assist in HR activities and staff onboarding.
- Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications.
- Arrange travel, logistics, and basic office requirements.
- Ensure proper filing and compliance of documents.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in administration (construction preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills.
**Experience**:
