**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and understand their needs, preferences, and style requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting clothing, fabric, and accessories.
- Provide styling advice and product knowledge to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain proper display of stock, ensure garments are neatly arranged, and replenish items when required.
- Handle billing, exchanges, and returns smoothly.
- Keep track of stock levels and inform the supervisor about fast-moving or low-stock items.
- Build long-term customer relationships through personalized service.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (Graduate preferred).
- Prior retail/fashion sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
- Strong customer service and persuasion skills.
- Presentable personality with a keen interest in fashion and trends.
- Ability to work in a team and handle peak business hours.
